The Academic Programmes in Kolej WIT are delivered by specialized schools that are; School of Engineering, School of Extension Studies, Corporate Training & Continuing Education & Part Time Programmes. A student at Kolej WIT normally majors in various fields, or may choose to pursue a more intensive programme. Kolej WIT offers various level programmes from Certificate up to Higher National Diploma.
Our Teaching Priority
Teaching is our highest priority at Kolej WIT. At some other colleges, classes may be taught by teaching assistants - Kolej WIT is different. The Lecturer, assisted by an Instructor will always be in the classroom, teaching, engaging, and inspiring. Learning is done in collaboration, and our instructors and lecturers work to create a community where students are active participants.
Kolej WIT's instructors and lecturers are distinguished scholars, skilled, and public commentators. This knowledge strengthens their teaching. Students even have the opportunity to participate in skill-based competition, an opportunity normally restricted to graduate students at other colleges.
Your Classroom Experience
Our small class sizes - never more than twenty students, and often as few as ten - encourage students to participate in discussions with their instructors and lecturers. Through a variety of approaches to teaching - lectures, readings, class discussions, group activities, research assignments, out-of-class writing, and offline discussions - students develop their communication skills as well as learn to think critically about what they read, hear, and experience.
