Approved by the National Vocational Training Council (MLVK), the internal Certificate in Electrical Technician by Kolej WIT is a two-year course phased over three levels, combining fundamental theory learning with practical training that will prepare students a career in power generation and electricity distribution.
Electrical technicians are commonly employed in design offices, property development companies, testing laboratories, factories, construction sites and many more. Their day-to-day work activities include designing, developing and erecting machines for operations, maintenance and repair as well as customer support.
Entry Requirements
- Minimum SRP/ PMR/ JM2 or other equivalent qualification recognised by the college senate
- At least 15 years of age, and able to read, write and comprehend Bahasa Malaysia language
