An industrial mechanic technician is trained to be involved in the design, construction, marketing, installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Throughout this two-year course, students will work alongside industry engineers, designers and draughtsmen to gain the capacity to think intellectually and make sound judgments to execute the designs of the engineers and technologists.
Approved by the National Vocation training Council (MLVK), this internal course by Kolej WIT is phased over three levels where students are given mostly hands-on training at the institution.
Entry Requirements
- Minimum SRP/ PMR/ JM2 or other equivalent qualification recognised by the college senate
- At least 15 years of age, and able to read, write and comprehend Bahasa Malaysia language
