HND in Software Engineering

Kolej WIT's HND in Software Engineering is aimed at students who wish to develop skills in software design and development. With the boom of IT and ICT in Malaysia, the country strives to be a significant power in the IT world, offering plentiful human resources with advanced skills.

Approved by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA), this programme is a two-and-half-year (2 ½) course that educates students on everything from system analysis to software engineering implementation as well as Internet development for them to venture into the fields of design and development, project engineering, manufacturing, and research.

Due to the college's strong affiliations with many public and private sectors, most Kolej WIT's HND in Software Engineering graduates have been known to secure jobs upon graduation.

Entry Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) Principal (Excluding General Studies or Pengajian Am) in STPM/ A-Level/ SM3
  • Any other equivalent certificates or diploma recognised by the college senate
  • First year of Kolej WIT Diploma
