Corporate Training & Short Courses


As part of WIT's commitment to promote lifelong learning, the college's Corporate Training & Continuing Education (CTCE) department designs, develops and delivers a wide range of courses in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical and Automotive, as well as Skill & Technical based fields to WIT community, alumni's and the general public & private sectors.

CTCE also customises the courses to fit an individual's needs for education by fulfilling the country's demand for manpower in various technical industries. Since CTCE's commencement in 1997, it has bred over 5,000 graduates nationwide to fulfill the technical industries' demand at various levels...

CTCE Aim's

  • Training courses are designed to be relevant to the candidate’s needs and delivered in an interesting and enjoyable manner ( 80 % practical, 20 % theory )
  • The courses employ large numbers of practical activities where candidates are given the opportunity to ‘learn by doing’.
  • The use of real industrial components in practical exercises ensures that the experiences are realistic and relevant.
