The Staff Association Kolej WIT was incepted in 1983 as a staff welfare organization. Though its main aim is to take care of the staff well being by celebrating birthdays, organizing trips and social activities. It also actively participates in the development of Kolej WIT, through promotional roadshows, exbihitions and seminars. To faster goodwill with the neighbouring areas, it has regularly organized "Gotong Royong" activities.
