Candidate will be responsible to manage an education center in Pandamaran, Port Klang (Main Campus) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of management & operation to reflect excellent academic performance, proper maintenance of all facilities and profitability of business operations.

Ensure quality educations are delivered by academic and operation staff who provide full support to the education center
-
Responsible for the welfare of all students as well as academic and support of the college
-
Maintain close liaison with the relevant government education authorities.

Develop training and development plans for all staff at college.
-
Collaborate with other departments to determine best performance approach.
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least a Phd's in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.

Minimum of 10 year(s) working experience with proven record in Education/ Engineering industry
-
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with strong command in spoken and written English.
-
Must have proven ability to manage an education center in terms of operations and academic performance.
-
Good managerial & leadership qualities is mandatory to manage the whole operations and academic team.

Must be able to work effectively and efficiently under limited time constraints while producing high quality output.

JOB VACANCY - HEAD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Responsibilities:

Ensure information assets are properly protected against unauthorized access
-
Analyze current IT data security status, determine security exposures and corrective actions
-
Implements and review security procedures and practices for all electronic data within the company
-
Ensure that established guidelines & standards are being followed, as well as ensuring that all recommendations identified are appropriately addressed.

Develop procedures for penetration test, monitoring, reporting, and escalating security violations.

Collaborate with other departments to determine best security approach
-
Monitor security bulletins, newsgroups, and other sources to stay abreast of IT developments .
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years experience in Information Technology with 3 year supervisory role.

A recognised Master Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
-
Skills in IP routing, encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and all other IT related tasks.
