Kolej WIT's Student Affairs Department is set up to assist students' needs pertaining to academic, non-academic, social or personal issues. We believe that fostering a closer bond with students would help us to consistently improve.
To ensure effective student affairs management, we have subdivided the tasks into the following departments:
- Student Records Section
- Examination Secretariat
- International Students
Student Records Section
At Kolej WIT, we believe that education is not just limited to classroom experience. The role of our Student Records Section is to provide a balance between education and recreation for our students as well as to offer helpful advice on any matters within its scope of duties.
Examination Secretariat
The Examination Secretariat is the college's governing body that handles all examination process for both full-time and part-time students at Kolej WIT, with its main functions being:
- To provide a safe and secured examination vault.
- To ensure the confidentiality of students' examination records.
- Understand and be responsive to our students' collective and individual needs
